How To Make The Dollar Tree DIY Halloween Boo Basket Flags:

 

 

Supplies:

 

Directions:

  1. Gather Supplies. Watch the video below for more instructions. Boo Basket Flag DIY
  2. Cut the felt to size. Mine are 5″ x 4″ and 3.5″ x 2.25″ FOLDED so you need to double the length. Boo Basket Flag DIY dollar tree
  3. Place the dowel in the center of the cut felt. Boo Basket Flag DIY ideas
  4. Apply glue on the dowel and one side on the inside of the felt. Diy Boo Basket Flag
  5. Fold the other side of the felt on top so they are sandwiched together. Boo Basket Flag DIY felt
