DIY Peppermint Christmas Ornaments
It’s time to get in the holiday spirit. Learn how to create these cute peppermint ornaments out of candy cane fabric and Dollar Tree ornaments. I made these peppermint Christmas ornaments to use as a filler in our tree and a gingerbread-themed wreath but you can also use them in garlands, shelf decor, and more! How do you make peppermint Christmas ornaments?
This tutorial shares an easy way to make peppermint Christmas ornaments. I used scrap fabric and old ornaments but you can also buy these items to make affordable peppermint-themed decorations.
How To Make The Dollar Tree DIY Peppermint Ornaments:

Directions:
- Gather Supplies. Watch the video below for more instructions.
- Cut the fabric in an 8″ x 9″ rectangle.
- Wrap the fabric around the ornament and use a little glue to attach the fabric to the ball.
- Wrap the fabric on the ball and twist one end. Secure the end by tying the baker’s twine.
- Secure the other end with the baker’s twine and glue the twine.
- Use pinking shears to cut the edge so the fabric doesn’t fray.
- You can attach ornament hooks to hang these or just sit them as filler in your tree, wreaths, garlands, and more!
