This is an excellent brand glue gun and yet, you’ll also find that it is one of the cheapest options you’ll find online.
It’s available in other colors and gets great reviews. If you can get it for under $15, grab it. That’s one heck of a deal on a quality glue gun! See color choices, check the current price & read reviews here.
These little DIY Dollar Tree Plant Stands are so easy to make and are perfect to use with Dollar Tree flower pots too. I’m including a detailed video below with the instructions because these can be tricky to make at first (kind of like figuring out a puzzle!).
I made some wooden plant stands for my Dollar Tree terracotta pots so the tutorial below will work if you have the 2 size terracotta pots that the Dollar Tree sells. I also used a larger terracotta pot from Walmart (also around $1).
How To Make DIY Dollar Tree Plant Stands
This #5minute craft is so fun and can be made in minutes for $1 and I love how easy this DIY standing plant stand updates my home decor.
Supplies:
- Mini Jenga Blocks
- Glue Gun
- Gorilla Glue Sticks
- Terracotta Pots
Directions:
- Gather Supplies.
- Arrange the Jenga blacks around the plant stand like the below picture. For the small pot, I glued 3 blocks together to make an “H.”
- Use your glue gun to attach the “legs.”
- Make another “H” but this time, overtop the other “H,” testing to make sure the pot will fit in the stand.
- Adjust as needed.
The larger pot is a bit tricker. Just play around with the positioning of the blocks. Mine sort of looked like an “X” for the large pots.
I hope you enjoy making these wooden plant stand using Dollar Tree supplies!
