A Quick And Inexpensive Dollar Tree Apothecary Cabinet

 

 

I came up with the idea of building a dollar tree apothecary cabinet after a trip to the Dollar Tree. I needed a way to organize my jewelry that would be durable, cute, and inexpensive. Keep reading to see how to make this DIY Dollar Tree Apothecary Cabinet With Pictures!

How cute is this @dollartree apothecary cabinet? I saw this idea from @thecraftydiyguy and tried it with wooden ball knobs ❤️ I haven’t painted or stained it yet bc I can’t decide which one to do 🤪🤷 My daughter wants to use it as a jewelry box so maybe I’ll let her decide 😉

How to Make a Dollar Tree Apothecary Cabinet

 

I used Aleene’s Fast Grab Tacky Glue to make this quick DIY mini wood cabinet. I love using Aleene’s Fast Grab Tacky Glue on everything from wood to fabric and more!

 

 

Supplies:

  • Aleene’s Fast Grab Tacky Glue
  • 1-Inch Wooden Beads
  • 8 Crafter’s Square Wooden Boxes with Drawers

 

Directions:

  1. Gather supplies. Dollar Tree Wood Box
  2. Remove the drawers from each box. Dollar Tree Wood Box cabinet
  3. Reinsert the drawers with the shaped inside.
  4. Arrange the wooden boxes to create the desired cabinet length and width. I chose to stack 4 with 2 rows. Dollar Tree Wood Box cabinet with drawers
  5. Use Aleene’s Fast Grab Tacky Glue to attach the boxes together. Dollar Tree Wood apothecary cabinet
  6. Use Aleene’s Fast Grab Tacky Glue to attach the wood beads as drawer pulls. Dollar Tree Wood Box with drawers
  7. Let dry overnight. Dollar Tree DIY Jewelry Box
  8. Paint or stain or leave natural.
