You can find the best and cheap Halloween decorations at the dollar store, Target’s One Spot, or by using materials that you already have lying around your home. I put together this post with 25+ Halloween decor ideas from the dollar store so you can see how easy it is to decorate for Halloween while on a budget!
You will never guess how easy it is to create this creepy window spiderweb window from Better Homes and Gardens! This DIY spider door only takes a few minutes and $1 in supplies! You can add to your mirrors inside your home too and would look great for a Halloween party!

Easy Dollar Store Halloween Tablescape
Create this simple dollar store tablescape using items found at the Dollar Store! I love creating a table setting using decorations found at Dollar Tree. The Dollar store has cute dishes and vases that you can easily decorate for a Halloween party or special occasion.

Dollar Store Halloween Book Covers
Wrap scrap paper around books and decorate with Halloween images and quotes. Or Design your own book covers using Word, PicMonkey, or PowerPoint. Use books from the Dollar Tree or DVD cases! Sit these Halloween stamped books on a mantle, shelves, hutch, or coffee table.

Farmhouse book covers are all the rage on Instagram and Simple Made Pretty makes it easy to decorate your home for any occasion using her printable Stamped Book Covers. Print and wrap around any book or DVD cases, then wrap with ribbon or twine. Sit these Halloween stamped books on a mantle, shelves, hutch, or coffee table. The best part about these covers is they can be printed on any color paper!

Pumpkin Candy Bowl DIY
I love the idea of decorating a pumpkin and filling with treats for trick or treaters! Clean out a huge pumpkin (use a real one or a plastic one found at craft stores) and decorate with die-cut letters or sticks found at Dollar Tree. How cute would these be to hold party favors for a Halloween party?!

Spider Glass Plates DIY
Dollar store glass plates get a makeover by stamping the bottom with a spider stamp! If you don’t have a stamp, you could use a Cricut machine or stickers from Dollar Tree! These would look great on the clear throw-away plates from Dollar Tree too!

Witch Brooms Party Decor DIY
Make these paper straw witch brooms using raffia and washi tape from the Dollar Tree to add a fun accessory to your Halloween celebrations! These would make a cute party favor with a little treat tied to them too!

Make these glow-in-the-dark ghost balloons using white balloons and glow sticks from the dollar store! Actually, I saw these ghost balloons at Dollar Tree this year! All you need are your own glowsticks to stick inside the Dollar Tree Ghost Balloons to make these fun Halloween decorations. They also double as a party favor for kids to take home!

DIY Halloween Front Door
This DIY creepy front door was made using dollar store finds and other basic household supplies. DIY your own tombstones or pick some up from Dollar Tree. DIY your own chain (the Dollar Tree also sells a fake chain) and use cardboard boxes from Dollar Tree to create a faux boarded-up door.

DIY Halloween Pumpkin Topiary
This dollar store pumpkin topiary can be made in minutes using a few faux or real pumpkins, Dollar Tree alphabet stickers, and some greenery. Bonus if you have a cute pot to place the pumpkins in!

Raven Wreath DIY Halloween Decor
This creepy raven wreath is made from dollar store birds and a Dollar Tree wreath form. From afar, this wreath might look elegant. But once up close, these blackbirds will creep you out!

DIY Skull Wreath for Halloween
This skull wreath is made using mini skulls from the Dollar Tree and is probably less than $2 to make! The skulls at Dollar Tree are white, but you can paint them black to make it seem extra spooky.

These ghost candles are quick and easy to make using a sharpie and Dollar Tree candles! Try making these candles in different shapes, sizes, and colors. I could see making a pumpkin face on orange candles too!

I love this creepy silhouette of hands and feet on the garage door. This DIY requires a bit more work (unless you have a Cricut machine) but you can find black vinyl ar Target One Spot and hand-cut the images to use on your garage door or windows.
