Dollar Tree Lemon Decor DIY

I’m sharing some popular Lemon Decorations that you can make using Dollar Tree supplies. These lemon-themed decorations are easy to Do It Yourself using affordable items found at Dollar Tree Stores. The lemon decor craze spread like wildfire this year and although I wasn’t into the lemon decor, I soon found myself making lemon decorations for my home. I was able to make several Lemon decorations using Dollar Tree supplies and I can’t wait to show you how to DIY these items for your home!

All of the supplies used to make these lemon themed decorations can be found at Dollar Tree. I did use my Cricut machine and sewing machine to make a few items, but if you don’t have a Cricut or Sewing machine, you can substitute Dollar Tree pre-made decals, stencils, or stickers. And you can use glue or special adhesives instead of sewing.

Lemonade Farmhouse Sign

Find the video tutorial below to make this fun Lemonade Tea Towel Farmhouse Sign! You can use any tea towel to recreate this DIY Dollar Tree project but this lemonade recipe tea towel was the perfect addition to my Dollar Tree lemon decor.

Supplies:

8 x 10 Canvas Frame
Lemonade Tea Towel
Tacky Glue
Staple Gun
Wood Stain

Yellow and Blue Lemon Fabric Garland

Find the video tutorial below to make a festive fabric garland. I used coordinating scrap fabric to match my lemon decor DIY ideas. You can find fat quarters of fabric at Wal-Mart for 99 cents if you don’t have scrap fabric at home.

Supplies:

Lemonade Tea Towel (I used the leftover fabric from the farmhouse sign DIY)

Squeeze the Day Pillow

Find the video tutorial below to make this Cricut-made Squeeze the Day pillow! I used a Dollar Tree placemat (which is double-sided fabric) to make this simple $1 pillow!

Supplies:

Blue Fabric Placemat
White Iron-On
Cricut Explore Machine
Cricut Easy Press or Clothing Iron
Cricut Easy Press Mat or Towel
Free SVG File (in my library)
Sewing Machine (or needle and blue thread)
Pillow insert or pillow stuffing

Hand Towel Chair Covers

Find the video tutorial below to learn how to wrap some Dollar Tree hand towels around an old seat cover to make it new again! I used a Dollar Tree Blue Checkered towel to update some antique chair seat covers. You can do this Dollar Tree DIY using any towel or fabric! I added additional fabric to the sides of my towel using my sewing machine because the towel did not cover the sides completely. You may or may not need to do this step depending on the size of the seat you are working on.
