Simple Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
These Chocolate Chip Cookies bring back childhood memories for me. My grandmother would make these chocolate chip cookies every year for Christmas. She’d make 12 dozen chocolate chip cookies because my brothers would gobble them up so quickly. It got so bad one year that my dad decided to start hiding the cookies and rationing them out! Needless to say, these cookies don’t last long in my house either now that I bake them for my own kids.
My grandmother made enough Chocolate Chip Cookies every Christmas to fill 2 Popcorn Tins! I’ve never made that many but I have doubled the recipe if you need to make a huge batch.
Just follow the instructions below to get the moist and chewy cookies that everyone loves!
