Cute Clown Costume Dollar Store DIY
You can recreate this Halloween costume using any red dress!💃I found the socks and hair clips at @fivebelow. I used pompom trim and ribbon from @dollartree on the dress, socks, and hat and attached using sewing pins and safety pins. They can be removed, and the dress returned to its original style.The Clown Collar is made with ribbon and strips of tulle tied to it with black pompom trim hot glue on top.I used black eyeliner and red lipstick for Clown face makeup.
