I used 2 different ribbons layered, to complete this look.

Create a loop with the ribbon, glue the ends together, and cut.

My ribbon strips measure 10 inches (or 5 inches folded).

Repeat the loops, gluing each one in the center to create the bow

Create a small loop for the center and glue in place.

Cut 2 strands for the ends and glue to the back of the bow.

Use as desired (add a loop of ribbon to the back if you wish to use as a tree topper).
